HelloJets, a dynamic and innovative European airline, is seeking a Crew Planning Specialist to lead our Crew Planning Department. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with EASA regulations, and the smooth execution of crew scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities
As Crew Planning Specialist, you will:
- Ensure continuity in all key tasks for the smooth operation of the Planning Department.
- Monitor the performance and task fulfillment of subordinate staff.
- Support the preparation of the long-term crew roster when required.
- Constantly monitor compliance with EASA FTL regulations (OMA Chapter 7).
- Track any exceedances of working hours and report them to the competent authorities.
- Provide support in training and coordinating personnel involved in long-term planning.
- Report directly to the Flight Director regarding any situation impacting crew planning.
- Regularly communicate flight crew requirements for upcoming schedules.
- Issue reports on operational extensions and submit monthly reports on roster robustness.
- Facilitate the preparation, training, and annual evaluation of staff within the department.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: University degree or full secondary school education.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in crew planning or a related operational field.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), experience in using LEON and/or other planning programs is necessary.
