Air Atlanta is seeking qualified candidates to join its Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC) team.

Operations Control Officers, together with the IOCC team, are responsible for preparing, planning, and overseeing ongoing flight operations.

The Integrated Operation Control Center operates 24/7 on a 2-2-3 shift pattern.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with crews, outstations, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and up-to-date operations
• Act as part of the Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC), serving as the central coordination and communication point for live flight operations with close flight watch
• Manage operational disruptions, communication, and emergency response procedures
• Provide operational support across departments and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in an aviation environment preferred
• Initiative and a positive mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and drive
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Very good computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel
