The Flight Operations Support Officer provides essential administrative, and operational support to the Flight Operations team to ensure the safe, compliant, and timely planning, execution, and monitoring of all flight movements.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the NPFO all managerial tasks and procedures.
Provide administrative assistance to the flight operations team, including processing paperwork.
Ensure adherence to aviation regulations and safety standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Follow up all applications with TM-CAD and NAAs.
Cooperate with HR for Administrative matters.
Coordinate with Safety and Compliance department for the timely and correct follow up of all the required actions.
Monitor all FLT OPS activities, projects and procedures.
Coordinate all the necessary implementation between FLT OPS and all other AOC and Company Departments.
Coordinate with OCC and Network.
Prepare and deliver Company material like Flight Briefcase and on board manuals and documents as well as aircraft documents.
Assist in pilot recruitment.
Collaborate and coordinate with EFB Manager.
Be the point of contact, together with the NPFO, to be informed of air safety and security incidents and for receipt of any message related to these matters, including the dissemination of this information to Company Safety/Security Manager.
Support Manuals updates.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in aviation or relatable field preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in flight operations is advantageous.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures is advantageous.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the aviation industry.
