Are you our new Licensed Aircraft Engineer?
As our new aircraft engineer, you will be based at Arlanda airport and report to the Base Station Manager ARN. All positions are on a shift plan rotation where most of our workload is based at night, although we are manned 24/7 365 days a year. Our main tasks are the execution of maintenance on Norwegian´s fleet. Problems must be solved quickly, under pressure and at the same time meet our requirements to documentation and traceability of parts.
Our organization performs line & base maintenance on B737NG and B737MAX aircraft. Our bases are located in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark and our staff consists of 230 technicians and mechanics. Our base in Sweden is located at Arlanda and consists of more than 50 technicians and mechanics and are now looking for new additions!

Responsibility:
You will be executing maintenance tasks in accordance with plan and maintenance manuals, as well as recording all work in our IT based maintenance management system. As our new aircraft engineer, you will also be responsible for recording and tracking all changed parts regarding traceability. We also expect our employees to maintain control of all tools and have safety as a priority.

It would be an advantage if you have certification on B737 NG/MAX, are fluent in minimum one Scandinavian language and have the ability to work in multi-cultural teams. We are looking for someone with high integrity, that is able to cope with unpredictable workloads and operate under pressure. Communication is key when working with aircraft maintenance.
Testing for psychoactive substance (Drug & Alcohol)
To prevent misuse of psychoactive substance will be conducted, upon employment and may be required by airline during your employment.
