ETF Airways is a growing ACMI and charter airline operating a fleet of Boeing 737-800NG and ATR 72-600 aircraft. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and proactive MCC Engineer to join our team.

This role is critical in ensuring fleet reliability, maintaining operational continuity, and supporting the continuing airworthiness of our aircraft. The successful candidate will work closely with Flight Operations, CAMO, Part-145 maintenance providers, and other key stakeholders to deliver safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the technical status of the Boeing 737-800NG and ATR 72-600 fleet.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and defect rectification activities with maintenance providers.
• Provide real-time technical support to Flight Crew, Operations Control, CAMO, and Part-145 organizations.
• Manage deferred defects in accordance with MEL/CDL procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support AOG recovery activities.
• Monitor technical reliability trends and assist with investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Continuing Airworthiness requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain and review technical data, records, and maintenance documentation.
• Liaise with OEMs, maintenance organizations, vendors, and regulatory authorities when required.

What You Need

• Technical school education with a valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML), OR
• University degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAMO) or related airworthiness tasks.
• Good knowledge of applicable EASA aviation regulations.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
