What is Take-Off Cabin?

As the airline that flies to more countries than any other and represents our nation globally, Turkish Airlines is looking for male-female colleagues who are friendly, highly communicative, customer-oriented and eager to be a part of Turkish Airlines’ growth journey as Cabin Crew members.

Candidates who successfully complete all assessment processes will be recruited under the title of “Cabin Crew Candidate” and will participate in the cabin crew training at Turkish Airlines, which lasts approximately 2 months, and upon successful completion of this training, they will start their flight duties with the title of “Cabin Crew”.

General Requirements

Being a Turkish citizen or blue cardholders
Born between 01.01.1988 and 31.12.2004
At least an associate degree (including open education)
*Graduates from foreign universities must submit equivalency certificate taken from Council of Higher Education (YÖK)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a flight attendant. (It is an advantage if the last active flight duty was within the last 5 years.)
Having a valid Cabin Crew Initial Training Certificate (registered in the aviation authority system)
Proficiency in English (Additional languages are an advantage.)
Having no Criminal Record or Criminal Archive Record
Not eligible for retirement
For male candidates, not being exempt from the military service
Not previously having left Turkish Airlines Inc or other organizations and from previous work due to indiscipline, health problems or contract termination.
Candidates from Turkish Airlines subsidiaries must have worked at least 3 years in their company to be eligible. Those with less experience cannot join the process.

Physical Requirements

Height between 160 and 180 for females, 170 and 190 cm for males (Weight should be proportional to height). Please click here for the Height and Weight Requirements Chart.

Tattoo (including those being removed),
Piercing,
Scar/Brunt/Stitch mark,
Birth mark,
Large moles,
Intense acne and Scar Marks,
Skin conditions such as Eczema, Vitiligo.

Cabin Crew Candidates Assessment Processes

The assessment processes include: Online English Test, English Video Assessment (Online), Online Document Check, Online Inventory Test, Height & Weight Measurement with tattoo and scar check, English Proficiency Assessment (face to face), HR Assessment, Preliminary Medical Check, Medical Check (Airworthiness) and Job Offer. For candidates who successfully complete all assessment stages and receive a job offer, the Cabin Crew Initial Training will be conducted between August 2025 and June 2026. The assessment process will be scheduled accordingly.

Notes:

Candidates who meet any of the following conditions from previous cabin crew recruitment processes will not be eligible to apply:

Those who are eliminated at the height measurement stage (Women under 158 cm and above 181 cm, men under 168 cm and above 191 cm)
Candidates who are detected to have communicated inappropriately verbally or in writing against Turkish Airlines and Turkish Airlines employees will not be able to apply to our announcement.

Candidates who are found not to meet the General Requirements will not be able to apply for this job posting.
