What is Take-Off Cabin?
As the airline that flies to more countries than any other and represents our nation globally, Turkish Airlines is looking for male-female colleagues who are friendly, highly communicative, customer-oriented and eager to be a part of Turkish Airlines’ growth journey as Cabin Crew members.
Candidates who successfully complete all assessment processes will be recruited under the title of “Cabin Crew Candidate” and will participate in the cabin crew training at Turkish Airlines, which lasts approximately 2 months, and upon successful completion of this training, they will start their flight duties with the title of “Cabin Crew”.

Cabin Crew Candidates Assessment Processes
The assessment processes include: Online English Test, English Video Assessment (Online), Online Document Check, Online Inventory Test, Height & Weight Measurement with tattoo and scar check, English Proficiency Assessment (face to face), HR Assessment, Preliminary Medical Check, Medical Check (Airworthiness) and Job Offer. If necessary, changes can be made in the assessment stages. For more detailed information about the process, click here.
 
For candidates who successfully complete all assessment stages and receive a job offer, the Cabin Crew Initial Training will be conducted between August 2025 and June 2026. The assessment process will be scheduled accordingly.
