We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operations Control Centre (OCC) Officer to join our dynamic OCC Department. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in an operational control centre environment, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of aircraft while maintaining continuous oversight of airworthiness and flight operations.

OCC Officers are mainly responsible for the day to day running of the operation ensuring that the aircraft are operating as safely as possible. The position entails monitoring of weather conditions, aircraft suitability and ensuring that crew members are available and current. Their responsibility also involves the monitoring of the aircraft and ensuring clear communication with internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor aircraft operations, weather, and crew availability.
• Verify airport suitability, services, and compliance with EASA regulations.
• Coordinate catering, transport, and other pre-departure arrangements.
• Support travel bookings, crew schedules, and VIP requirements.
• Maintain logs, documentation, and mission syncs; support Key Accounts.
• Collaborate with internal departments and FLYINGGROUP OCC to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years OCC experience in Business Aviation.
• ICAO Flight Dispatcher license (asset).
• Knowledge of worldwide operations, flight planning, crew duty limits, and EASA rules.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, PPS, APG; willing to learn.
• Fluent English; EU work rights required.
